Terms & Conditions
- For cancellations received prior to Monday, 24 April 2023, midnight CET, deposits will be refunded
- less a EUR600 administrative charge. After this deadline, no refund policy will be in effect*.
- A handling fee of 250 EUR per registration will be charged for every registration modification. Name changes are possible until 5 June 2023 only.
- All prices mentioned are in EUR and exclusive of 20% VAT
